One is the same size as a standard US type 209. Another example of this was several years ago I bought new primed 28 ga Cheddite hulls but found very little data for loading. The correct answer is no, you cant sub hulls. Depending on what gauge though, the cheddite can be larger. I wrote it all up at the link above with comments on FGM, cheddite, etc.
